Pineapple Creamy Cheesecake
°8 oz soft cream cheese
°2 C. Thawed cold whisk
°30 oz. Crushed pineapple, drained
°½ C. Granulated sugar
°1 prepared Graham Cracker pie crust
°Whipped cream and cherries for garnish
Place the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and beat over high heat until smooth and creamy.
Add the whipped filling to the cream cheese and stir to combine.
Pour the crushed pineapple into the bowl and mix well.
Add the filling to the prepared graham cracker crust, and place in the refrigerator or freezer to cool until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and cherries before serving, if desired.
