Texas Roadhouse Rolls

*Ingredients:

°2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
°1/4 cup warm water (110-115°F)
°1/4 cup granulated sugar
°1/4 cup melted butter
°1/2 cup hot milk
°1 large egg
°3 cups all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/4 c melted butter (for greasing)

* Methods :

In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar, melted butter, warm milk and eggs.
Add the flour and salt and stir until a dough forms. Kneading dough for 5 minutes on a flour surface.
Placing dough in an oiled bowl, covering with a towel & letting rise in warm place for about an hour.
Preheat oven 425°F (220°C). Greased baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Rolling dough into golf balls.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Brush the rolls with melted butter and let ferment for another 15 minutes.
Bake the buns for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Brushing rolls with additional melt butter as soon as they come out of oven.
Serve the warm rolls, with additional butter on the side, if desired.
